Stoneware

cm 13x 13 x h8,5

Weight: 550 gr

Coral glaze is a further accentuation of the "volcanic" style of glazes.

Wide, dense, thick craters, almost a muscular structure enveloping the structural grés, are accompanied by a network of smaller, thicker cavities.

The glaze is thick and viscous, fatty, and creates significant drippings on the lower edges of the bowls. Sometimes the glaze drips to such an extent that it becomes a structural support of the work itself.

Signed with impressed mark to underside.

Firing temp. 1240 °C
